Cornstarch cookies are soft, buttery, and naturally gluten-free. Made with just 3 ingredients, they are light, melt-in-your-mouth treats perfect for tea time or as a simple dessert.

- 2 cups cornstarch
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
Optional (for flavor):
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Gradually add cornstarch, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are just turning golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes

Dough should be soft but not sticky. Add a little more cornstarch if needed.
