Ingredients
  

  • 6–8 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced or ½ cup mango purée
  • 10–12 mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: mint sprig, lime wedge, sliced fruit (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Muddle mint leaves with lime juice in a glass.
  • Add strawberries and mango. Gently muddle to release juices.
  • Stir in sweetener.
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or soda.
  • Stir, garnish, and serve immediately.
