- 6–8 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, diced or ½ cup mango purée
- 10–12 mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: mint sprig, lime wedge, sliced fruit (optional)
- Muddle mint leaves with lime juice in a glass. 
- Add strawberries and mango. Gently muddle to release juices. 
- Stir in sweetener. 
- Fill glass with ice. 
- Top with sparkling water or soda. 
- Stir, garnish, and serve immediately.

For a stronger mango flavor, use mango purée instead of chunks.
